This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for coordinating installation projects, supporting trade teams and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and service.
Importantly, this isn’t a role where you’ll only be supervising from the sidelines. You’ll also roll up your sleeves and provide practical support on-site when required, including installation, warranty, maintenance and rectification work.
Reporting to the State Installations Manager, you’ll oversee installation activities across Victoria and act as a key link between our trade partners, builders, customers and internal teams.
You’ll spend plenty of time out in the field, ensuring projects are delivered to Beaumont’s standards while building strong relationships with the people involved.
