Role Overview

Beehive Industries is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead Human Resources Activities for our machining center of excellence. This role serves as a trusted partner to Operations leadership, with a strong focus on coaching and developing leaders, strengthening leadership capability, and building high-performing, accountable teams.

The HR Manager is responsible for executing workforce strategies, organizational priorities, employee relations, talent initiatives, and business planning that support the company’s continued growth and operational objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on HR leader who can coach leaders through complex challenges, raise the bar on performance and accountability, and proactively identify organizational needs and risks.

This role partners closely with business leadership, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Operations to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and a strong performance culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

What You’ll Do...

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function through HR professionals and/or supervisors
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and headcount planning activities for assigned business areas
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Guide managers through complex employee matters, organizational changes, and performance-related decisions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and support critical staffing initiatives
  • Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to support business planning and operational decision-making
  • Manage execution of compensation, performance review, and employee engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and employee experience
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and Operations to support cross-functional business initiatives
  • Support departmental budgeting, resource planning, and execution of organizational priorities

You have...

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related Human Resources experience; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience managing Human Resources professionals and/or supervisors
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to execute workforce planning and organizational initiatives
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development programs
  • Experience supporting business planning, organizational priorities, and HR operations
  • Experience using HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources strategy, employment law, and organizational development
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to operational objectives
  • Excellent employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive informed decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading cross-functional initiatives

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance•

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or engineering organizations
  • Experience leading HR teams within a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment
  • Professional HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements
  • Experience implementing HR systems or process improvement initiatives
