Итак, вам предстоит:

  • Управление инцидентами, находящимися в зоне ответственности, в соответствии с принятыми процедурами компании;
  • Обеспечение бесперебойной работы ИТ-систем, включая мониторинг, резервное копирование и восстановление данных;
  • Руководство командой ИТ-специалистов (2 человека): постановка задач, контроль выполнения, развитие компетенций сотрудников;
  • Техническое сопровождение сотрудников компании (200 чел), включая важные мероприятия компании;
  • Обеспечение информационной безопасности и соответствии с требованиями законодательства;
  • Взаимодействие с внешними поставщиками услуг и подрядчиками;
  • Поддержка и разработка отчетности по локальным информационным системам;
  • Формирование бюджета по закупке оборудования и ПО в зоне ответственности.

Необходимые знания:

  • Инфраструктура Microsoft: AD, Exchange, S4B, CA, KMS, SCCM, файловые и принт-серверы;
  • Виртуализация и Linux: пул VDI Horizon, реверс-прокси на Linux;
  • Бизнес-инструменты: Jira, Bitrix24, Wiki, SED, 1С.
