Associate Developer1a

As an Associate Developer in the Delivery team, you will begin your career supporting the implementation and configuration of the Mainsail™ platform for life sciences clients. Working alongside experienced consultants and developers, you will assist in front-end updates, data setup, and module configuration. This role is designed for early-career professionals (0-6 months of experience) who are ready to build foundational delivery and technical skills in a real-world project environment.

We'll trust you to:

• Support module-level front-end configuration using HTML and CSS templates
• Assist in minor UI adjustments, form creation, and style updates
• Participate in data preparation, validation, and basic SQL query execution
• Collaborate with consultants to understand business requirements and delivery objectives
• Contribute to internal project documentation and issue tracking
• Learn platform capabilities and delivery best practices through hands-on tasks

You'll need to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (able to read and make simple edits)
• Exposure to JavaScript fundamentals (no coding expected independently)
• Foundational SQL for data review and validation
• Curious to learn C#/.NET environments for better API and data workflow comprehension
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team delivery
• Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Excel or Word
