岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 数据库运维保障：负责 MySQL/SQLServer 及分布式数据库集群的 7×24 小时运维支撑，保障业务系统 SLA ，支撑高并发 / 大规模业务场景稳定运行。

2. 数据库全生命周期管理：主导数据库安装部署、容量规划、性能优化、监控告警等日常运维。

3. 数据库故障应急与风险防控：突发故障响应，应急预案及演练，流程工具优化等。

4. 数据库自动化建设：完善和改进数据库自动化部署、变更、巡检的流程和工具，提升运维效率与变更安全性。

5. 数据库支持与协作：日常数据库需求响应、文档规范的编写等，推动跨团队技术协同。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 计算机相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上DBA工作经验。

2. 具备熟练的SQLServer或MySQL等数据库运维技能，具备性能调优实战经验; 熟悉数据库体系结构和工作原理。

3. 熟悉掌握Windows、Linux操作系统及命令; 熟练掌握Python、GoLang、Java中的至少一门编程语言，熟练使用Shell。

4. 具备较强的问题排查能力与抗压能力，能冷静应对突发故障，逻辑清晰且有结果导向思维。

5. 对数据库技术有持续学习热情; 有互联网大规模数据库集群运维经验者优先。
