Join Beloy, one of the fastest-growing insurtech companies, as a Solutions Delivery Lead. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery process, from client requirements and technical solution design to implementation, go-live, and ongoing operations. You will manage multiple projects, oversee programme plans, and ensure the continued success of programmes post-go-live. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in project management, technology implementation, and client delivery, with a strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
Missions
- Assurer la conception de solutions client, y compris la faisabilité technique, les API, les intégrations, les flux de données et les exigences de configuration.
- Définir l'approche de mise en œuvre, la méthodologie de livraison et les normes de qualité pour les programmes partenaires.
- Diriger les équipes d'ingénierie des solutions et de livraison des partenaires et gérer les escalades majeures liées aux clients, à la technique et à la livraison.
Profil recherché
### **What you will bring****Background:**
* 12-15 years of experience across project management, technology implementation, and client delivery or consulting, including recent experience in a leadership role.
* Proven experience delivering and managing complex client solutions involving APIs, system integrations with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams and managing several partner programmes simultaneously.
* Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally within a start-up, scale-up or consulting environment, is beneficial.
* Professional fluency in English. A Master’s degree or MBA is beneficial.
**Skills:**
* Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping, AI/ML, cloud computing, software architecture and technology-enabled operations.
* Data analysis: Proficiency in using data, customer feedback, and market analysis to inform decisions and validate new offerings.
* Strong programme, portfolio, capacity and risk-management capabilities.
* Excellent client-facing communication and commercial judgement.
* Ability to move between solution design, delivery oversight and senior stakeholder management.
* Agile methodologies: Experience working with and guiding agile development processes.
* Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify areas for process improvement.
* Demonstrated strong team management skills with the ability to manage technology and operations team
