We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement & Administration Coordinator. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in supporting compliant procurement and the efficient delivery of lifecycle, minor works and modification projects across the Sunshine Coast University Hospital facilities management contract. Reporting to the Senior Asset & Project Delivery Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Coordinate procurement activities and documentation across lifecycle maintenance, capital works and operational projects.

  • Administer supplier onboarding and compliance, purchase orders, goods receipting, invoices and financial records.

  • Maintain procurement registers, contract documentation, renewals, variations, governance recordsand audit evidence.

  • Analyseprocurement data and prepare reporting for Project Managers, operational decisions and governance requirements.

  • Build effective stakeholder and supplier relationships while upholding Zero Harm, quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in procurement administration, purchasing, contract administration or supplier coordination in a complex operational environment.

  • Knowledge of purchase-to-pay workflows, including purchase orders, receipting, invoice processing, supplier governance and financial administration.

  • Experience with procurement and supplier management systems, including Felix or an equivalent platform.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across operational, technical, executive, financialand commercial stakeholder groups.

  • A Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
