We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a supportive team. If you have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative Roles

  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

  • Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently

  • Operating warehouse equipment (following training)

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

  • Completing documentation accurately and timely as required

  • Complying with company health and safety policies at all times

  • Supporting the wider transport operation when required, including assisting drivers with deliveries during periods of short staffing or increased operational demand

Warehouse Operative Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to support other areas of the business when required, including assisting with deliveries

  • Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods

  • Basic IT skills are an advantage
