Job Description:

General Description:

This marketing role will support in the execution of high-quality marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, engage health care professionals, deliver commercial return and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a solution-orientated mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-environment. They will be highly organized, detail-orientated, and proactively search for opportunities to add value. They will coordinate people and processes to ensure timely and professional delivery of projects, supporting customer engagement and interactions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the generation and implementation of high-impact brand and tactical plans to maximise customer engagement

• Assist in generating promotional materials for utilization by the customer-facing team, liaising with vendors including advertising agencies in development and printing of collateral

• Manage processes and systems related to review and approval of promotional material to ensure rapid dissemination of clinical data to healthcare professionals

• Partner with marketing and commercial in-field teams in the planning and co-ordination of meetings and events for Health Care Professionals that add value and drive growth

• Manage suppliers to ensure impactful and professional presentation of the BeOne product portfolios at congresses, conventions and events

• Implement and monitor digital campaigns and develop omni-channel solutions

• Provide support as needed to the brand teams and commercial in-field teams across ANZ

• Manage promotional materials inventory including stock management and dispatch tracking. Coordinate material recalls, withdrawals and asset management to ensure compliance with company policy and audit readiness

• Contract management and financial tracking for the commercial team

• Develop understanding of the therapeutic areas and local market environment

• Adhere to BeOne code of conduct, company policies and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct

Qualification Required:

Education / Experience Required:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or Science

Qualifications:

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent professional experience

• Highly skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders

• Must be results-oriented, strategic, proactive, detail-oriented, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

• Makes things happen and is a self-starter, has the right level of implementation skills, shows persistent innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn, develop and seek out new opportunities

Computer Skills: Highly skilled in Word, Excel PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign
