  • Обеспечение высокой эффективности процессов взыскания задолженности за счет аналитики

  • Разработки стратегий Collection

  • Оптимизации бизнес-процессов

  • Внедрения моделей принятия решений

  • Управления командой аналитиков

Требования:

  • Collection Strategy.

  • Portfolio Analytics.

  • SQL (уверенный уровень).

  • Python или R.

  • Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Sense.

  • Excel (продвинутый уровень).

  • Статистика и эконометрика.

  • Построение прогнозных моделей.

  • A/B-тестирование.

  • ETL-процессы и работа с хранилищами данных.

    Будем плюсом:

  • Credit Risk.

  • Опыт внедрения AI/ML-моделей в Collection.Опыт работы с большими данными (Big Data).

  • Опыт автоматизации аналитической отчетности.

  • Знание SAS, Spark, Hadoop или аналогичных технологий.

Условия:
  • График работы 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00 гибрид
  • Стабильный оклад + ежегодный бонус в размере до 2 окладов
