IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while coordinating technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet established objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions, along with effective project management and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, project coordination, or technology implementation. Experience coordinating technical teams, IT infrastructure or ICT projects, client-facing activities, vendor coordination, and implementation management is an advantage.

Certifications

• CAPM or an equivalent project management qualification and ITIL Foundation (ITIL-F). PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantages.

Technical Skills

• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, progress tracking, and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent tools. Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data centers, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.

Core Competencies

• Strong requirements analysis, problem-solving, risk management, reporting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
