Product Delivery Manager

We are looking for a skilled Product Delivery Managerto join our External Platforms team.

The Wow

You will own the product backlog, definition of requirementsand day-to-day product delivery for an assigned brand/s, working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party platform partners. The role combines product ownership, delivery management and supplier management, requiring someone who can work independently, make sound decisions and take initiatives from idea through to production. 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, complexity, effort and product strategy. 
• Define and refine product requirements, working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the 3rd party platform. 
• Bring a commercial mindset to product decisions, understanding the impact on customers and the business and challenging ideas where appropriate. 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external platform partners, maintaining clear communication, alignment and accountability. 
• Own delivery with the 3rd party platform, agreeing timelines, tracking progress and proactively managing risks, dependencies and blockers. 
• Hold the 3rd party platform accountable for delivery commitment and quality, constructively challenging proposed solutions, managing underperformance and escalating through established governance processes where necessary. 
• Coordinate release readiness with Product, QA and relevant stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are ready for UAT and production. 
• Proactively identify opportunities toimprove the product and customer experience, using data, customer behaviour, feedback and business insights to investigate problems, propose solutions and drive improvements through to delivery. 

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Delivery, Project Management or a similar role. 
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how product decisions impact customers and the wider business. 
• Comfortable owning and prioritising a product backlog, making day-to-day product decisions independently while aligning with business objectives and stakeholder priorities. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and ownership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion. 
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented, able to balance business needs, customer experience, technical constraints and 3rd party platform capabilities. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to support decisions.  You will be expected to make use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and FullStory amongst others to understand customer problems and bring forward solutions. 
• Good technical understanding, with the ability to understand platform capabilities, integrations, dependencies and technical constraints. 
• Assertive and resilient in supplier management, able to maintain constructive relationships while holding 3rd party partners to agreed commitments, creating urgency and escalating decisively when delivery or quality falls short. 
• A strong agile mindset, proactive attitude and confidence to challenge and find practical solutions. 
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Lithuanian is a strong advantage. 

What would be an advantage

• Experience in the iGaming industry. 
• Experience working with 3rd party PAM, sportsbook, other gaming technology platforms. 
• Experience managing external technology suppliers or platform partners. 
• Experience working with analytics tools
