Senior AI Architect (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Senior AI Architect (m/f/d) you will drive the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise AI solutions across BEUMER Group. You will define scalable AI standards, lead complex AI initiatives, and ensure the secure and effective adoption of technologies such as Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio. As the key authority for AI architecture, you will help shape the company's AI strategy and enable business transformation through innovative, enterprise-wide solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture standards, reference architectures, and design principles
• Lead solution architecture for strategic and complex AI use cases across the organization
• Design end-to-end AI ecosystems integrating AI services, enterprise applications, data platforms, and external systems
• Drive the adoption and evolution of platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, and Generative AI solutions
• Establish AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, security controls, and compliance standards
• Define architecture patterns for copilots, RAG solutions, intelligent automation, and AI-powered business applications
• Provide architectural guidance, mentoring, and coaching to AI engineers and technical teams
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously evolve the enterprise AI roadmap

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience developing and delivering complex software solutions
• Deep expertise in enterprise AI architecture, AI platforms, and large-scale solution design
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and AI agents
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, data platforms, and distributed system architectures
• Solid understanding of AIOps, AI lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and model governance
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance requirements, responsible AI principles, and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and strategic problem-solving skills
