Bevatel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our core product teams including Account Management Voice and Business Chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Monitor performance SLAs and operational KPIs to maintain high service quality.

  • Drive process optimization efficiency and scalability.

  • Lead mentor and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Tech Sales and Support teams.

  • Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Operations Management (SaaS Telecom or Tech preferred).

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Solid understanding of service operations and performance management.

  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Experience managing multiple teams or functions.
