Business Development Representative - F&I

GPW & Associates, a Beyond Risk company, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to grow our F&I agent community. You will generate qualified opportunities through proactive outreach to agents across the automotive industry and support our BD Directors with dealership, agency, and administrator data analysis. This role suits a persistent, curious sales professional who communicates confidently with decision-makers and thrives in a consultative, relationship-focused environment

What You'll Do:

• Build new agent relationships and expand existing agent and administrator relationships through outreach, networking, and other outbound channels
• Research target organizations and decision-makers to shape thoughtful engagement strategies, using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
• Schedule and follow up on high-quality discovery meetings, partnering with BD Directors to deliver value to our community
• Clearly communicate GPW’s value while building foundational knowledge of F&I reinsurance, actuarial, and risk management services
• Keep accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity records in Salesforce
• Work with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns, and meet or exceed activity, meeting, and qualified-opportunity goals
• Represent GPW at conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience
• 2+ years of F&I structural and consultation experience
• Proven success in proactive prospecting and comfort engaging senior-level decision-makers
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to ask effective discovery questions and translate complex services into clear business value
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with a focus on measurable goals
