Responsibilities

Position Summary:

We are seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) to lead the hands-on adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft's low-code AI agent platforms within enterprise and public-sector environments. In this client-facing role, you will design and deliver Copilot training workshops, build production-ready AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, and work directly with users to embed AI into their day-to-day workflows. You will be a trusted technical advisor - equal parts engineer, trainer, and enabler - helping organisations realise measurable value from their Microsoft AI investments while operating within strict security and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Deliver Copilot training: Plan and facilitate Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops for a range of audiences, from end users to power users and administrators.
• Deliver agent development training: Design and run Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops, teaching participants to build, test, and govern their own AI agents.
• Build AI agents: Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise data sources, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Deploy and adopt: Support the rollout and adoption of Copilot across client organisations, including readiness assessment, configuration, use-case discovery, and change management.
• Advise clients: Act as the on-the-ground technical expert, troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into practical AI solutions.
• Uphold security and governance: Ensure all training, development, and deployment activities comply with client security policies and government data-handling requirements.
• Create enablement materials: Develop workshop content, hands-on labs, reference guides, and best-practice documentation to scale adoption.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven, hands-on experience conducting Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops.
• Proven experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, from design through deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform) and how Copilot integrates across it.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Singapore Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, and willing to undergo the required vetting process.
• Willingness to work on-site at client premises, including secured government facilities, as required.

Required Certifications

Candidates must hold the following Microsoft certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
• Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting training or delivering engagements for the government of Singapore.
• Prior experience working within secured or classified government environments.
• Additional Microsoft role-based certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-200, AI-102).
• Experience with the Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse in support of agent development.
• Familiarity with responsible-AI principles, data governance, and enterprise information-security practices.
