POSITION SUMMARY:
This hybrid role will be based in Manila and will support flagship customers in the Philippines as a strategic partner to help them realize measurable value from Microsoft solutions. The role combines business insight, field engagement, program execution, and structured governance to accelerate adoption, reduce friction, and ensure long-term success. It will also drive usage and consumption of customer-owned workloads across key personas-including teachers, students, and office workers-to support customer success, retention, growth, and renewal.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Empower customers to confidently use Microsoft solutions in their daily operations by simplifying technology, strengthening digital capability, and ensuring tools deliver clear value for their teams
Translate on-the-ground customer insights into actionable plans by shaping tailored training, support motions, and rollout strategies that enhance adoption and smooth deployment.
Drive Microsoft 365 usage and enthusiasm across priority workloads-including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online/Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online-through high-impact engagement initiatives such as excitement days, champions programs, and persona-based activation.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
Proven experience in driving adoption programs for cloud or enterprise technology.
Strong background in field engagement, customer discovery, and user insight gathering.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (i.e. M365, Azure) is an advantage.
