HarperCollins Publishers is one of the largest English-language book publishers, headquartered in New York City and owned by News Corp, publishing fiction, nonfiction, children's, Christian and reference titles. Tracing its roots to the Harper brothers' printing business of 1817, it runs imprints such as William Morrow, Ecco, Harper Perennial, Avon and Mariner, and its Nashville-based Christian publishing division includes Thomas Nelson and Zondervan. Current openings are mainly 2027 spring and summer internships in editorial, marketing, publicity, sales, design and business analysis, plus Nashville editorial roles and maintenance team leads at its distribution operations.

  • Attend appropriate team and cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to how Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, and Editorial work together throughout the publishing process.
  • Develop a multi-faceted marketing campaign proposal designed to reach 18-22-year-old consumers with devotional content, incorporating audience research, channel recommendations, messaging, and promotional ideas.
  • Provide general project and administrative support as needed, including proofreading, research, meeting notes, spreadsheets, and organization of campaign materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
