Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Exchange and Outlook.
• Provide day-to-day technical support, performance analysis, and optimization for Exchange messaging systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to email sending and receiving, mail delivery, SMTP, connectivity, and authentication.
• Install, configure, connect, and troubleshoot Outlook clients.
• Analyze and resolve issues involving Exchange and foundational components such as Active Directory, DNS, and certificates.
• Participate in Exchange system upgrades, migrations, optimization initiatives, and health checks.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive issues through to closure.
• Develop technical solutions based on specific issues and assist with implementation and validation.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analyses (RCAs), technical solutions, problem analysis reports, and related technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the customer’s technical team on technical discussions, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously track critical or complex issues to ensure effective resolution.
• Recommend improvements to system stability, performance, and operations based on the actual environment and issue conditions.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least five years of technical experience with Exchange and Outlook.

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019; experience with Exchange Online is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Exchange core components and mail flow mechanisms, including SMTP, Mailbox, Transport, Database, and High Availability.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, and certificates.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, with the ability to use scripts for routine administration and troubleshooting.

• Experience implementing, migrating, upgrading, or operating Exchange environments in large enterprises.

• Strong troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently handle complex technical issues and drive them through to closure.

• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.

• Ability to work on-site in both Dongguan and Shenzhen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience delivering Microsoft CSS services.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise Exchange environments.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of related technologies such as Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, and PKI.
• PowerShell automation capabilities.
• Experience providing technical support to large enterprise customers.
• Experience handling major incidents and problem management cases.
