Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for enterprise Windows 11 endpoint environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues related to faults, performance, stability, and compatibility.
• Resolve issues related to Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Troubleshoot Windows Update, system patching, and related issues.
• Work with enterprise management environments such as Active Directory and Group Policy to analyze and resolve issues.
• Conduct health checks, performance optimization, and technical improvements for Windows 11 and Office environments.
• Assist with Windows 11 and Office version upgrades, deployments, and compatibility assessments.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and drive them through to closure.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis reports, technical solutions, issue analysis reports, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams on technical discussions, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Recommend improvements to endpoint stability, performance, and user experience based on the actual environment and identified issues.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least three years of experience providing enterprise-level technical support for Windows 10/11.

• Strong knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system and enterprise endpoint management.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps.

• Proficiency with commonly used Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with foundational technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

• Familiarity with patch management technologies such as Windows Update and WSUS.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Windows Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, and Task Manager.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, with the ability to use scripts for troubleshooting and routine administration.

• Strong issue analysis and fault-isolation skills.

• Ability to communicate directly with customer technical teams and drive issues to resolution.

• Willingness to work on-site in both Dongguan and Shenzhen.

SQL Server Capabilities (Not Mandatory):

• Candidates with SQL Server expertise will be preferred, including experience in:

• SQL Server installation, configuration, and maintenance;

• SQL Server performance analysis and optimization;

• SQL Server high availability;

• Troubleshooting database connectivity, authentication, and permission issues;

• Troubleshooting integration issues between SQL Server and Windows Server / Active Directory;

• Analyzing common SQL Server performance and stability issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience delivering Microsoft CSS services is preferred.
• Microsoft-related certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows endpoint environments in large enterprises.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with SCCM / MECM.
• Experience with large-scale Windows 11 deployment and upgrade projects.
• PowerShell automation skills.
• Technical support experience with large enterprise customers.
• Experience handling major incidents and problem management.
