Sewer and Drain Specialist Responsibilities:
- Deliver enthusiastic, positive, and professional customer service on every call
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both vendors and customers
- Provide personalized options to customers, helping them make the best choices for their homes and families
- Achieve technical excellence in all tasks, upholding our strong warranties and guarantees
- Use specialized camera equipment to accurately diagnose and identify plumbing system issues
- Compile comprehensive parts lists for the Installation Team to ensure efficient project completion
- Guide customers in selecting the best plumbing solutions that meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve any post-sale issues or concerns
- Enjoy working with a talented and energetic team dedicated to providing out-of-this-world service!

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in drain, sewer, and plumbing services (Plumbing License preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving service issues
- Deep knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals
- Experience with CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
