Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Gather user insights through customer interviews, field visits, and operational research. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact features. Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs. Define product metrics and monitor feature performance. Lead product launches and post-launch improvements. Build scalable workflows for operational planning, workforce management, and service execution. Analyse business data to identify product opportunities. Drive continuous product improvements using customer feedback and analytics. Ensure product quality, usability, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Required Skills Strong experience in Product Management. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile development. Strong understanding of product metrics and business KPIs. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Qualifications Experience in logistics, marketplaces, agritech, fintech, mobility, staffing, or operations-focused products. Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams. Experience launching new products or scaling technology platforms. Familiarity with rural markets, field operations, or mobile-first applications.
