As an AI Architect at Nablon AI, you'll be the technical anchor of a domain-focused pod, designing and deploying end-to-end agentic AI systems that solve complex enterprise challenges. This is not a research position or a PowerPoint role; you'll be hands-on, building production-grade architectures that integrate LLMs, orchestration layers, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise data pipelines. You'll work directly with clients to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and architect solutions that balance technical sophistication with practical deployability. Each pod owns a vertical, meaning you'll develop genuine domain expertise while building repeatable patterns that scale across clients in that sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive agentic AI architectures that integrate LLMs (GPT-4 Claude, Gemini, open-source models), agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI), orchestration systems, and enterprise data pipelines.
- Build production-ready multi-agent systems with proper error handling, monitoring, cost optimization, and safety guardrails systems that can actually run unsupervised in enterprise environments.
- Own the technical relationship with clients: translate business requirements into technical specifications, present architecture decisions to stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with enterprise constraints (security, compliance, scalability).
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps best practices: build CI/CD pipelines for agent deployments, set up observability stacks, create evaluation frameworks, and ensure models can be updated and improved post-deployment.
- Design distributed AI systems that leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) efficiently, balancing performance, cost, and latency for different agent workloads.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in your pod to encode domain knowledge into agent behaviors, prompts, and decision-making logic.
- Develop reusable architectural patterns and frameworks that can accelerate future projects across similar use cases in your domain vertical.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape, new models, frameworks, and techniques, and rapidly prototype innovations that could benefit clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building Nablon's technical culture and best practices as the team scales.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with significant recent exposure to LLM systems and agentic frameworks.
- Deep hands-on experience architecting and deploying LLM-based systems in production environments; not just prototypes.
- Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar) and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps: model versioning, evaluation frameworks, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Experience designing distributed AI systems and making infrastructure decisions (cloud platforms, vector databases, API gateways, caching strategies).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: you can write production-quality code, understand system design principles, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients (nice to have: consulting background or client-facing technical roles).
