Data Engineer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and advanced use cases. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time) and ETL processes using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Implement and manage data solutions on at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Apply DevOps practices to ensure efficient CI/CD, monitoring, and automation of data workflows.
• Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using a data visualization tool (e. g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are consistently met.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including projects involving generative AI (Gen AI).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation).
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. ).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Exposure to Generative AI technologies.
