Role Overview - Work location Gujarat - Rajkot

We are looking for an Associate Field Support Engineer to provide on-site (field) technical support across client locations. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of end-user devices, coordinating with centralized IT teams, and ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS / basic applications
Handle incident & service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Manage Engine)
Support MS Office / O365 / Outlook / Teams issues
Assist in hardware setup, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN - basic level)
Maintain asset inventory and documentation
Follow SLA guidelines for ticket resolution and updates
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
Provide basic remote support to users

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10/11)
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with Active Directory (basic)
Knowledge of MS Office / O365 tools
Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Willingness to work in shifts / onsite support environment
Note : 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday are working Days
2nd and 4th Saturday are Holiday
