Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PAM Administrator to manage and secure privileged accounts across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Privileged Access Management solutions to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage PAM solutions (such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)
• Monitor privileged account activities and ensure compliance with security policies
• Manage password vaulting, session management, and access controls
• Perform onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts and users
• Conduct regular audits and generate reports for compliance and governance
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Audit teams for risk mitigation
• Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and provide timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea/Thycotic)
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of security protocols, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Shell scripting)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CyberArk or any PAM tool
• Experience in banking, finance, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
