Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users (onsite/remote)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Handle operating system issues (Windows 10/11, basic Linux/Mac knowledge is a plus)
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access issues (Active Directory)
  • Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
  • Install and configure standard applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Log and track incidents using ticketing tools and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines
