Job Title: Service Desk Developer / Service Desk Engineer

Experience Level: Junior-Mid (2-5 years)

Work Locations: Hyderabad, Kochi, Mohali

Technology Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React
• Node JS
• Workflow Engine: Camunda 8 SDK
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Cloud Services: AWS Services

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a service desk or technical support role (0-4 years)
• Exposure to automation or low-code tools
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)
