Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex data engineering and cloud transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, managing distributed teams, and ensuring the successful execution of modern data platform architectures. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of cloud-native data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for large-scale data engineering and cloud transformation programs.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of data platforms, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across multiple locations to align project goals and timelines.
• Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between distributed teams to maintain project momentum and technical alignment.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of professional experience in technical delivery or leadership roles.
• Mandatory expertise in Snowflake and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Spark, Python, and SQL-based development.
• Deep understanding of data lake, lakehouse, and data warehouse architectures.
• Proven experience with Delta Lake and modern data platform concepts.
• Solid background in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Mandatory experience within the banking or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with Databricks is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to travel as required to support multi-location engagements.
