About the role:

We’re looking for an analytical and proactive team member to support our trading operations, risk management, and trading platform activities. You’ll work closely with Dealing, Liquidity, Technology, and other teams to monitor operational and trading-related risks, manage MT4/MT5 platforms and related trading solutions, and ensure activities remain within established policies, procedures, and controls. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot platform and configuration issues while coordinating effectively with relevant teams. You’ll also support operational projects, respond to complex trading and risk-related queries, and contribute ideas that strengthen controls, automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the scalability of trading operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of trading operations, risk management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Dealing, Liquidity, Technology, and other relevant teams to identify, assess, and manage operational and trading-related risks.
• Triage, prioritise, and coordinate tasks, cases, and operational requests raised by other teams, ensuring appropriate ownership, escalation, and timely resolution.
• Serve as a technical liaison for internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise responses to complex trading, platform, and risk-related queries.
• Configure, monitor, and manage MT4/MT5, including platform settings, trading conditions, risk parameters, and operational controls.
• Manage and support trading platform plugins and related solutions, including Copy Trading, MAM (Multi-Account Manager), Dynamic Margin, and other brokerage-related tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform, plugin, and trading configuration issues in collaboration with relevant technical and operational teams.
• Support and contribute to operational projects aimed at improving risk management frameworks, platform controls, workflows, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, automate manual processes, and support scalability as business requirements evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a brokerage, CFD, Forex, leveraged trading, or closely related financial services environment.
• Strong interest in financial markets, electronic trading and trading technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and triage multiple operational cases and requests in a structured, organised, and timely manner.
• Comfortable investigating problems rather than simply escalating them.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying operational risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical and trading-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Exposure to MT4/MT5 is strongly preferred; experience with platform configuration, trading settings, risk controls, and operational administration is an advantage.
• Experience managing or supporting MT4/MT5 plugins and third-party trading solutions, such as Copy Trading, MAM, Dynamic Margin, or similar tools, is an advantage.
• Programming or scripting experience in any language is highly valued, though not required. Ability to work with trading data, automate simple tasks, and turn raw data into useful insights will be considered a strong advantage.
