Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and solve data-driven business problems.
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production.
- Build scalable data science solutions for analytics use cases.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to productionise models.
- Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of overall experience with 3+ years of hands-on data science experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with classical machine learning algorithms.
