Senior Software Engineer

What you will do
- Collaborate: Work closely with a team of developers and system engineers to support and enhance HR applications and services.
- Develop & Support: Provide application development and production support for critical HR systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
- Innovate: Develop and implement creative solutions to improve system sustainment, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
- Grow: Embrace new technologies and challenges, continuously learning and expanding your skill set in a supportive, agile environment.
- Impact: Play a key role in supporting the enterprise’s HR operations, making a tangible difference in the organization’s success.
What you should have
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly (required)
- Education & Experience: BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints
- Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments
- Experience with MongoDB
What we'd like you to have
- Experience working with the AWS Platform
- Experience with GitLab and GitLab runners for continuous integration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in agile teams
- Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance)
