About The Role
- Build strong, long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
- Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
- Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants
- Deliver customer excellence
- Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services
- Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements
- Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends
- Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience
- Grow hand-in-hand
- Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth
- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants
- Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts to address customer needs and unlock value
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts - some of the most promising European D2C brands - and play a central role in their success.

As an Account Manager, you will:
You would be a great fit if this sounds like you:
- 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles, including 3+ years in logistics, fulfilment, e-commerce, or a related industry
- Native-level French and professional proficiency in English
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven, with solid Excel skills and experience presenting actionable insights during business reviews
- Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and strategic-thinking skills
- Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and eager to deepen your logistics expertise
- Based in Paris or willing to relocate
