Technical Sales Coordinator (Signage)

Big Image Group Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, provide technical advice, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities for signage projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director and Project Managers to ensure accurate quotations, effective customer communication, and smooth project handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through the company website, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assess and prioritise enquiries based on project requirements, potential value, urgency, and feasibility
• Advise customers on signage types, materials, lighting, dimensions, and installation requirements.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and site photographs to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys to take measurements and assess mounting surfaces, site accessibility, power supply, and installation conditions.
• Prepare quotations using the company price book and estimate material quantities based on technical drawings.
• Refer non-standard or customised items to the production for costing and technical assessment.
• Follow up on quotations regularly to secure projects and maintain accurate sales records.
• Record enquiry status, quotation outcomes, and reasons for lost sales in the company's CRM or ERP system.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure complete handover of confirmed projects, including drawings, specifications, site measurements, and customer details.
• Review the company price book monthly and highlight outdated or missing pricing information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in signage, fabrication, renovation, or technical sales.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and estimate material quantities.
• Experience in preparing quotations based on project specifications and pricing guidelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries and quotations concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and accurate record-keeping.
• Customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently on sales opportunities.
• Willingness to conduct site visits when required.
• Experience with signage materials such as acrylic, aluminium composite panel (ACP), stainless steel, LED signage, and lightboxes.
• Familiarity with signage installation methods and applicable permit requirements in Singapore.
• Experience coordinating with production, installation, or project management teams.
