The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing within an organization. This includes ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, maintaining payroll records, and complying with payroll legislation. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with payroll systems.

What You'll Do:

· Process payroll for employees monthly

· Monitor time and attendance through an ERP system (Workday)

· Calculate and process wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions

· Ensure compliance with tax laws and file necessary reports

· Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee status changes

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

· Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy

· Prepare payroll reports for management and audits

· Handle new hire paperwork and terminations related to payroll
