Junior Marketing Associate

The Junior Marketing Associate provides coordination and administrative support for marketing projects, campaigns, and operational workstreams. Working under the guidance of more experienced team members, the role focuses on executing assigned tasks accurately and on time while building knowledge of RX marketing processes, platforms, and campaign workflows.

Accountabilities

Project Coordination & Operational Support

• Support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status updates.
• Assist in managing translation requests, Gleanin activities, and other operational workflows.
• Escalate risks, delays, or issues to stakeholders and team leads as appropriate.

Campaign & Project Management

• Support marketing campaign execution and reporting across various channels and platforms.
• Ensure briefs, requirements, and deliverables are complete and accurately documented.
• Follow established processes and quality standards during execution.

Marketing Plan Support

• Coordinate with specialist teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
• Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to learn marketing platforms, AI tools, and operational processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
