About the Role
The Global Channel Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for developing and scaling partner marketing programs, processes, and best practices that enable partner-led growth across F5's global partner ecosystem.
As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic channel marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement, demand generation, and business growth. Working closely with Channel Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Partner Programs teams, you will help coordinate marketing programs, partner communications, events, reporting, and partner investment initiatives that contribute to F5's go-to-market success.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about partner marketing, enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, and is looking to build expertise in channel marketing within a global technology organization.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of channel marketing programs and initiatives that drive partner engagement, pipeline creation, and business growth.
- Coordinate partner-facing communications, newsletters, program updates, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and execution of partner webinars, virtual events, enablement activities, and marketing programs.
- Support development, maintenance, and distribution of partner marketing resources, training materials, program guides, and best-practice documentation.
- Manage program tracking, reporting, dashboards, and operational processes to ensure data accuracy and effective program execution.
- Assist with Market Development Fund (MDF) administration, including request tracking, documentation management, budget monitoring, and claims processing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for quarterly business reviews, leadership updates, and program performance reviews.
- Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and program data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance, Regional Marketing, and Partner Programs to support business objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, consistency, operational excellence, and the overall partner experience.
- Support governance, compliance, and audit activities related to channel marketing programs and partner investments.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed an internship at F5 in Channel Marketing during the summer of 2026.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field by September, 2027.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, events, communications, project coordination, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and organize data.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and build effective working relationships.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Vistex/GTMS, or similar CRM and marketing technology platforms.
- Exposure to channel marketing, partner programs, marketing operations, demand generation, or event marketing.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, communications, reporting, or project management activities.
- Interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed business environment is a plus.

The annual base pay for this position is: $65,000.00 - $97,600.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
