About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship opportunity for Early Career individuals to gain hands-on experience in the thriving digital assets landscape. This program affords interns the chance to hone their skills within Binance, a world-renowned blockchain ecosystem, along with building valuable connections and developing versatile abilities to advance their professional journey.

Responsibilities
Oversee and act on user feedback by collecting, organizing, and tracking various feedback sources to efficiently address issues and collaborate with stakeholders for prompt resolutions.
Assist in coordinating and resolving product issues by liaising with multiple departments such as Product, Engineering, Design, and Compliance to ensure timely resolution while monitoring progress through to completion.
Support daily product operations by working on feedback management, requirement organization, issue tracking, and process improvements to enhance collaboration efficiency and user experience.
Perform basic data handling and analysis tasks including data cleaning, organization, reporting, and carrying out simple analyses to guide product enhancements and operational decisions.
Aid in basic Web-side product activities such as pop-up configuration, minor UI adjustments, and webpage upkeep for designated areas with dedicated product manager support.
Contribute to AI-related initiatives by getting involved in projects including requirement coordination, workflow monitoring, and feedback collection, with a preference for prior experience with AI tools or projects.
Requirements
A current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a keen interest in internet products, product operations, or user experience, while prior internship experience in related fields is advantageous.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a results-oriented approach, clear communication skills, proactive issue progression, and a focus on effective problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to successfully work with diverse teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Compliance through strong coordination and execution capabilities.
Basic data handling and analytical skills; familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets is favored.
Interest or experience in AI products, tools, or projects is desired, with hands-on projects providing a strong advantage.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with international partners.
Availability for a 3-5 day per week internship commitment lasting at least 6 months.
