Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Operations

We are looking for a Creative Operations Intern to join the Creative Operations team within Marketing at Binance. This is a hands-on role focused on resource and project management. You will help the team plan, track, and optimize how creative work gets resourced, delivered, and measured.

You will work closely with the Creative Operations Lead, Program Managers and Creatives to build visibility into team workload, identify resourcing bottlenecks, streamline processes using AI and automation, and help manage external agency support. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, comfortable with project management tools, and excited about using AI to improve how creative teams operate.

What You'll Do

Resource Management & Capacity Planning

• Support capacity planning processes by tracking planned vs actual resourcing needs, identifying recurring gaps, and suggesting practical ways to make forecasting more accurate

• Partner with Creatives and Creative Operations Lead to identify resourcing challenges, skill gaps, workload bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies using Asana reporting and workload data

• Master dashboards and Asana reporting views to continuously identify automation and process streamlining opportunities

• Monitor the creative pipeline proactively to ensure 95% on-time resourcing for BAU creative requests

AI & Automation

• Identify repetitive resourcing tasks that can be reduced or automated using AI, Asana automations, or improved workflow rules (task assignment support, workload summaries, capacity reporting, status updates, recurring follow-ups)

• Implement AI-enabled or automation-based workflow improvements that reduce manual resourcing effort and improve consistency

• Use AI to support faster analysis of workload, resourcing risks, and project pipeline data - turning raw information into clear insights for Creative leadership

Agency & Freelancer Management

• Complete an audit of current agency partners, including scope, performance, cost-effectiveness, turnaround times, quality of output, and fit against team resourcing needs

• Support onboarding, setup, or scope expansion/reduction for agency partners to increase resourcing flexibility

• Define and document standardized agency resourcing protocols in Confluence - how agency support is requested, assigned, tracked, reviewed, and measured

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, you enjoy tracking, organizing, and making sense of complex workflows

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboards to identify patterns and make recommendations

• Proficiency with project management tools (experience with Asana reporting and automations is a strong plus)

• Interest in AI and automation, you've used AI tools and are excited about applying them to operational workflows

• Strong communication skills

• Self-starter mentality, you proactively identify problems and propose solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do

• Interest in creative operations, marketing, or project management as a career path

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment
