About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-orientedBAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non - tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
