Product Manager - Wallet

The Central Product Team within Binance focuses on deploying innovative solutions that enhance the user experience while optimizing operational efficiency. We are dedicated to shaping the core platforms and services that support Binance's global ecosystem, driving crypto adoption and redefining the digital asset experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery process of exchange crypto wallet products effectively.
• Act as the primary product owner for product design, implementation, and deployment, collaborating with various teams to deliver crypto wallet solutions.
• Lead in defining and refining the product vision and strategic direction.
• Drive product initiatives related to tokenized assets, such as tokenized equities, deposit/withdrawal processes, and asset distribution.
• Understand user challenges, enhancing the product offering, focusing on user experience and security.
• Analyze feature effectiveness through data-driven insights and suggest enhancements.
• Communicate product plans and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project or product management experience in complex system integrations.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or comparable practical experience.
• Background in financial or payment products, including reconciliation and channel integration, with blockchain knowledge preferred. Exposure to tokenized securities or RWA is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills and proficient in project management.
• Excellent understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
• Familiarity with lean and agile methods and adjustable to the needs of a remote team.
• Result-oriented with analytical skills capable of deriving insights and making decisions.
• Exceptional time management and coordination abilities for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable in a dynamic remote work setting.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with global partners and stakeholders.
