Senior Product Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join our Product DA team at our leading global blockchain ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to drive data-informed product decisions. You will be responsible for end-to-end analytics for product strategy, from defining metrics and designing experiments to providing actionable insights that directly impact user conversion, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of product data, including data engineering, building dashboards, experiment frameworks, and predictive models to support user growth and product strategy
• Analyze and interpret large volumes of user behavioral, transactional, and operational data by leveraging proprietary and open source data tools and platforms
• Conduct in-depth evaluation of A/B experiments from hypothesis formulation to statistical analysis and actionable recommendations
• Define and maintain core product metrics hierarchy, set OKR targets, and continuously assess performance
• Translate complex data findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for product and executive teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is crucial

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science
• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Analytics or Data Science role
• Rich experience in product strategy analysis, particularly in user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendation systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex findings in simple language
• Previous experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical experiment design
• Passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
• Competency in tools such as SQL (Hive/SparkSQL), data visualization tools, programming for data analysis (e.g., Python, R), and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in crypto/fintech or high-growth consumer products
• Familiarity with personalization/recommendation systems analytics
• Knowledge of event tracking systems (e.g. Sensors, Mixpanel)
• Experience in building metrics dictionaries or data governance frameworks
• Ability to mentor junior analysts
