Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations, content publishing, and user engagement of official and partner Telegram communities across local SEA markets.
- Publish trading signals, facilitate trading-related discussions, and maintain active engagement within the communities.
- Support user conversion activities by following up on registration, KYC, deposit, and first-time trading (FTT) processes.
- Track and organize community engagement and user conversion data, and prepare relevant operational reports.
Requirements
- Proficient in Bahasa indonesia and either Chinese or English.
- Experience in Telegram community operations, including daily community management, content publishing, and user engagement.
- Diligent, responsible, and proactive, with strong execution skills, sensitivity to operational data, and basic data analysis abilities.
- Interested in cryptocurrency and financial markets; relevant experience in crypto communities or trading is a plus.
- Available at least 32-40 hours/week.
- University students and fresh graduates are welcome.
