Enhance and maximise BioMar Vietnam's competitive advantage in the aquaculture feed industry
Working primarily in Ho Chi Minh city, your main tasks will be to:
- Quality Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement the quality strategy aligned with BioMar’s global direction, ensuring integration of international standards and market requirements.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Establish, maintain, and continuously improve QA/QC systems in accordance with ISO, HACCP, BAP, ASC, and BioMar global standards.
- Food Safety & Product Integrity: Ensure the highest standards of food safety, traceability, and product integrity throughout the entire value chain.
- Regulatory Compliance & Labeling: Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations on food safety, labeling, and product registration.
- Laboratory & Testing Excellence: Manage laboratory operations to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely testing capabilities.
- Supplier & Raw Material Quality: Establish standards and controls for supplier evaluation and raw material quality aligned with BioMar’s sustainability direction.
- Cost Optimization & Working Capital Management: Develop purchasing strategies that optimize inventory, cash flow and total cost of ownership.
- Quality & Supplier Compliance: Ensure purchased materials comply with quality, food safety, traceability and supplier standards.
- Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing: Promote sustainable sourcing practices in line with BioMar sustainability commitments and certifications.
- Supplier Audit & Performance Management: Participate in supplier audits and performance reviews; drive supplier development initiatives.
- Customer Technical Support & Application: Provide technical solutions and support customers in optimizing product performance; handle technical issues effectively..
- Customer Complaint Management: Manage and resolve customer complaints; implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Audit Management (Internal & External): Organize and coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
- Continuous Improvement Innovation: Lead initiatives on quality improvement, process optimization, technology enhancement, and product development.
- Health, Safety & Environment Collaboration: Collaborate to ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental standards in production and laboratory operations.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Develop a high-performing quality and technical team with strong capability, innovation mindset, and collaboration.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide regular reports to management and global teams; collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
We anticipate that you are a Vietnamese local having 10 years experiences, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Beside, this job requires that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Aquaculture, Food Technology, QA/QC or related field.
- Knowlegde and implementation on ISO 9001, HACCP, BAP, ASC
- Capabiity in training Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Effectively collaborate with customers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Data & Analytical Thinking.
- Risk Management & Audit.
- Sustainability & Ethical Mindset.
