Job Description: Bionic Talent is looking for a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for international clients.
  • Source candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Present shortlisted candidates.
  • Support the hiring process.
Job Specification:
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
