主な業務内容

  • 監査業務事務サポート

・監査の指摘事項や改善事項に関する一覧資料の作成、進捗管理（Excel、SpreadSheetを利用）

・毎月の定例レポートの作成補助（PPTを利用）

・社内スケジュール調整、稟議起案等、社内の事務手続き

  • 重要会議体運営、秘書業務

・監査分野における取締役（監査等委員）の秘書業務

・社外取締役とのスケジュール調整

・会議の議題収集と資料作成補助

・会議運営補助、録画データを活用した議事録のドラフト作成

・会議体運営のマニュアル作り

  • 研修

2026年11月後半または12月開始（予定）

OJTとして１ヶ月程度を予定
