What you'll do

  • Design and execute trading campaigns - volume contests, referral programs, deposit bonuses - with measurable ROI
  • Plan and execute online events - webinars, Twitter Spaces, AMA sessions, trading competitions, and community-driven campaigns
  • Plan and execute offline events - crypto conferences , meetups, networking events, and VIP dinners
  • Translate complex trading mechanics into clear, compelling marketing narratives
  • Track competitor campaigns, fee structures, and product updates to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, BD, Growth, and Events teams to align marketing with product roadmap and event calendar

What you'll need

  • 3-5+ years marketing experience
  • Professional trading or traditional finance work background - candidates must have held a role in proprietary trading, market making, institutional sales & trading, or a related front-office finance position. Personal trading experience alone is not sufficient
  • Native-level English (written & oral); Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills
