- Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences, advocating for the company's products and vision.
Profil recherché
- You'd rather ship small things that work than big things that don't- Comfortable with ambiguity, and good at creating clarity for others
- You get engineering, design, and business aligned
- Hands-on with DeFi: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics
- A track record of shipping products with real adoption
- You know wallet UX on desktop and mobile, including where it breaks
- Clear writer: specs, decision docs, async updates
- You break big problems into shippable increments
- AI is already part of how you work: drafting specs, building quick prototypes, sharpening written communication
- 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech
- Skeptical of hype, curious about actual usage patterns
- Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones
- You use it to close the gap between product thinking and technical implementation
- Self-directed. You're not waiting for an AI strategy to be handed down
- Crypto-native. You use it, you follow where it's headed, and nobody needs to explain crypto to you
