In this role, no two days are the same. Operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site), you will support core HR operations, partner across teams on Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, and elevate the employee experience. • Onboarding & Enablement: Assist in building and delivering seamless onboarding paths and learning content for incoming team members.
  • Growth Support: Help identify AI skills gaps across teams and collaborate on implementing tailored learning resources and tracking participation.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal employee events, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and office culture initiatives.

  • Culture Champion: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across our global team and beyond.
3. Generalist Operations & Gap Coverage
  • Core HR Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
  • Process Partnership: Partner on identifying operational gaps, streamlining HR workflows, and jumping into cross-functional projects with a "get-stuff-done" attitude.
  • HR Systems: Assist in the maintenance of accurate employee records, helping to manage HRIS data entry, and assist with compliance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist role (tech, SasS or fast-paced environment preferred).
  • Mindset: A strong "put me in, coach" mentality-you bring high energy, adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and love stepping up to solve problems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort co-facilitating L&D workshops and coordinating internal events.
  • Data & Process: Comfortable working with engagement survey metrics and partnering on continuous process improvement.
