DevOps Engineer (Mandarin Required)

Bitus Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The role supports reliable, scalable operations and collaborates with engineering teams to improve infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve AWS cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments
• Support infrastructure reliability, scalability, and availability
• Manage and optimize cloud resources, including EC2, RDS, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform to manage and maintain infrastructure configurations
• Work with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon ECS to support application deployments
• Assist with performance tuning, resource optimization, and infrastructure improvements
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments
• Support deployment processes, release workflows, and rollback strategies
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistency

Skills

• Experience with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, System Administration, or related fields
• Strong experience with Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes or Amazon ECS
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Experience with monitoring systems, production troubleshooting, incident handling, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Basic scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Must be Chinese Mandarin fluent
